The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. ace888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any winnings generated through such conduct.
Players must not engage in any form of fraud, including providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, or conducting transactions on behalf of a third party. Collusion between players — including sharing hand information in live poker or table games, or coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited.
The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform is prohibited. Players must interact with the platform manually through a standard web browser. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the platform software is a serious violation and may be subject to legal action.

All transactions are monitored, and ace888 will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required. Accounts suspected of money laundering will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
